Software/Firmware developer since 1980. First programming job was at Texas Instruments working on the TI-990 minicomputer. In 1986, as the 990 product line sales were dwindling, I became the sole remaining person responsible for maintaining the operating systems DX10 and DNOS until I left the company in 1988.
Grandson of Thomas Marvin Williams.
I grew up in Meridian, Mississippi. At the time, I thought Meridian was a big city (population around 48,000.) I was not prepared for life in Houston where I lived at the start of my job at TI.
I received a BS degree in Industrial Technology from Mississippi State University.
I currently live in Cumming, Georgia where I code primarily in C (programming language).
Stuff I have a hard time remembering how to find
