I started spending time on categorization, but I have had to cut back lately.

To Do

Category:English words of foreign origin and Category:Lists of English words of foreign origin should be merged.

The first category contains words and subcategories with words which the second category contains lists of words. So they aren't the same thing, but it sure is confusing. Making it even more confusing, the second category refers to another page that is a list of lists of words. Somehow, these should all be combined, but cfm isn't the way to do it.

Created the template logo2 to fix a problem with logo. My change was made to logo and logo2 deleted.

• CfD to change the name of Category:People known in connection with sports and hobbies to Category:People in sports occupations (Wikipedia:Categories for deletion/Log/2006 February 27).
  • CfD failed.
• CfD to change Category:People by religion to Category:People by religious belief (Wikipedia:Categories for deletion/Log/2006 March 1).

All articles in the main category of Category:Lists have been moved to sub-categories. Created comprehensive list of main sub-categories of Category:Lists by creating Category:Art lists and Category:Society lists as well as promoting Category:History-related lists, Category:Lists of people, Category:Religion-related lists, and Category:Sports-related lists to the top Lists level.

Created Category:Episodes by television series to hold the categories for tv episodes that were mis-categorized in Category:Episode lists.

Cfr to rename Category:Episode lists as Category:Lists of television series episodes

• Cfr succeeded.

Since the above category had over 200 pages I created genre subcategories and moved almost all the pages to the subcategories.

Afd for List of themed timelines was successful.
