Satsugu Dialect Division

edit

According to me (2012). Not sure about Satsuma/Ōsumi separation (seemingly no major differences between dialects). Tokara dialects have not been studied well, no clue as to their morphology; do they constitute a separate branch? Not exactly sure if Western Ōsumi Island dialects are closer dialectally to Southern Satsuma or the rest of the Ōsumi Islands.
