Example: {{User:Huggums537/Userboxes/My boxes live here|Pagename}}. Replace the parameter, "Pagename" with the pagename where your userboxes are located (e.g. Username/Userboxes). If you don't have a page for your userboxes, the system will create a new page for you, and you can copy your boxes to the new page.
This template is a derivative of {{User:Littlecat456/Userboxes/Userboxes in here}}, but enhanced with a more conventional page naming scheme that is more compatible with the Wikimedia system, and should work better for most users.
