I Am Hardly Interesting At All
editSo it is a rather great surprise that you would even click over here. I am a happily married man whose interests include theology, politics, and general knowledge. I discovered Wikipedia fairly recently and am enjoying my time here.
Some things you may not really care about, but I am giving them anyway, are:
- I am a stickler for punctuation and grammar.
- I live in the United States, but have traveled extensively in Mexico.
- I like to eat chips and french onion dip (perhaps a bit too much).

The Importance of Grammar
editDoes nobody check for grammar anymore? The grammar of some of these pages is driving me crazy. Run-on sentences that say a lot and go nowhere and continue to use conjunctions like candy and talk about a whole bunch of things because periods are getting in short supply--- are annoying to me. Also i cant' stand it when people screw up the punctuation, or the spilling an dont' notise it. I have noticed the use of English is usually not Americanized in some articles. Is there any standard for this? By the way, two sentences in this paragraph were messed up on purpose. Kudos to you if you know which two.
World Travels
editWell not quite. But I have been privileged to travel to every state in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. I have also travelled extensively in Mexico (visiting most of the major cities) and througout the eastern parts of Canada. I do love to travel and take pictures. We live in a fascinating and amazingly beautiful world.
My American Idol Tribute Page
editNot that I really care for American Idol. I don't. I have never watched it and do not plan to start now. But, I do think that these constant pages dedicated to each candidate that ever took the stage are ridiculous and violate WP:NOTABILITY. So this is my take on it.
