I was not originally planning to write a voter guide; rather I thought the question section was a good place to write comments to leaders on this website. But since so much work was expended on my behalf, I figure I can repay it partially by writing a voters' guide.
I asked hard questions that could not be plagiarized from other members. They can be used to generate an assessment of the the user's ability and willingness to answer independently of other users.
With 11 candidates, all of them answered both questions.

All candidates demonstrated the ability and willingness to answer independently of other users.
