Earle E. Morris, Jr. Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment Center is
"Louise F. Haynes has been named director of the Earle E. Morris Jr. Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment Center in Morris Village, S.C. From 1988-1992, Haynes directed the South Carolina Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse's Office of Women's Services."[1]
