Article Evaluation
editEverything in the article generally pertains to Vercingetorix, whether it be his battles, his interactions with Caesar and the Romans, or the etymology of his name.
The article states general facts well, and does not make claims. The only things that draws my attention is the use of the phrase "the generally accepted view."
The viewpoints are represented rather well. The citations are good, and the reference material is strong. Much information of Vercingetorix comes from Caesar's own work.
From the little available information known about Vercingetorix, there is not much that needs to be added. The talk page mostly discusses issues of etymology and the argued cause of death.
The page is a level 4 vital article.
The way the Talk page discusses the topic deals more of what sources prove which facts true, rather than making claims and arguing why things are significant.
