I'm a recent changes patroller, and I use Ultraviolet and SWViewer to combat vandalism. Why do people vandalize Wikipedia? I don't know. It doesn't do anyone good: vandals get blocked and anti-vandals waste time when they could be trouting others. |

I'm a mentor, Teahouse host, and help desk regular, in that order. For questions not related to editing Wikipedia, go to the Reference desk. For random questions you think of while trying to fall asleep at 3 AM, use Google Search or AskReddit. | |
I'm also a Articles for Creation reviewer and have helped others create their articles. Logs of my reviews can be found here and here. My acceptance rate is at around 10%, but this isn't because I'm purposefully declining drafts because I want to. The reason is most drafts submitted are either advertisements or don't contain any sources, both of which are no-nos for new articles. |
Most of the articles I create are translated from the Chinese Wikipedia using the Content Translation Tool. I'm not very active there, though Chinese is my native language. That's because Wikipedia, like many other things, is banned in Mainland China, and most people use Baidu Baike. |
