editPrelert predictive analytics solutions use machine intelligence to analyze data produced by IT system, infrastructure and application performance management (APM) logs in order to build a comprehensive model of the normal behavior within the IT environment. That information is then analyzed to detect behavior anomalies to identify performance or business issues and their root causes.[4][5]
Prelert integrates with Splunk[6][7][8] and CA Application Performance Management (APM) solutions.[9][10] In March 2013, Prelert signed an OEM agreement with CA Technologies whereby the company will embed Prelert’s advanced anomaly detection technology in future CA Technologies performance management offerings.[9][10]
