Hello!

I usually correct a fact or two if I happen to find any obvious inconsistencies when reading articles.

My accepted edits so far have included:

1. Clarifying misleading wording around minimum acceptable levels of insect contamination in food (previous wording lead people to assume this standard was a measure of average levels of contamination, which was shitty wording and probably deliberately done). (I used the username 3060setsquare or something, forgot the password though, since it was YEARS ago and using some old e-mail account I also forgot the password of)

2. Restoring a quote under Perna canaliculus on the efficiency of mussel farming compared to land-based protein production, and adding in more detail. It had been previously deleted without any reason given, possibly by someone with a vegetarian agenda.

3. Temporarily removing the reference to "pawpaw" juice being a common staple during the Song Dynasty (which ended in 1279 CE, while the linked article of Carica papaya leads people to assume that the Chinese somehow had access to this fruit before Columbus rediscovered the Americas in 1492 CE). Someone should double-check the cited article and figure out if it was a mistranslation, but until then it'd be better not to list Carica papaya juice as a Song Dynasty staple.
