Sri Hari Kathula (born 1956) is an Indian cinematographer, best known for his distinct style of cinematography for films like, Rowdy Alludu, Alluda MajaakaAlluda Majaaka Muvva Gopaludu Indra Bhavanam and Pratibandh. Naidu is a member of the Indian Society of Cinematographers, the South Indian Cinematographers Association and the Telugu Cinematographers Association. He is one of the oldest cinematographers who primarily worked for South Indian films. He received multiple awards for cinematography. His outstanding contribution to the Indian Film Industry and the Indian Television Industry working as a DOP for Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films, and in television. Most of the current cinematographers worked under K.S. Hari.

Personal life

He is cousin of Chiranjeevi and nephew of Dasari Narayana Rao, he is survived by his wife and a daughter. Most of his life was in Chennai as Telugu Film Industry did not move to Hyderabad by then.
