Yeah, hey guys. I am totally against vandals and I am constantly on the reporting page tipping returning vandals off to admin. I have a 80% succsess rate so hopefully I wont have to do it that often but you gotta do what ya gotta do.
When ever I see a new user, I happily greet them and give them the following message
