Ulvu Ganizade is an Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler. He won the silver medal in the 72 kg event at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia.[1] He is also a four-time medalist, including gold, at the European Wrestling Championships.

Career
editHe won one of the bronze medals in the 72 kg event at the 2020 European Wrestling Championships held in Rome, Italy.[2][3]
At the 2021 U23 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia, he won one of the bronze medals in the 72 kg event.[4][5]
He also won one of the bronze medals in the 72 kg event at the 2022 European Wrestling Championships held in Budapest, Hungary.[6][7] He won the silver medal in his event at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, Turkey.[8]
In April 2023, he won gold medal at the 2023 European Wrestling Championships held in Zagreb, Croatia.[9] He won the silver medal in the 72 kg event at the 2024 European Wrestling Championships held in Bucharest, Romania.[10]
