"Native" Wikipedia editor?

How can someone be a native Wikipedia editor? It just doesn't make any sence. Also, the links and category is for WikiEdit-4. —Andrew Hampe ^Talk 21:57, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

I think what they were trying to do is that they were trying to harmonize these templates with the other templates! The other language templates have a Native option too, so it's possible they wanted to make these templates harmonized with those ones. But I do agree, it's a bit nonsensical as Wikipedia is not a language! ...or is it? SirGreen95 (talk) 13:15, 11 October 2023 (UTC)
