Ectognatha is synonym for Insecta

I believe Ectognatha is currently considered to be the same as Insecta and should be removed as parent of Insecta. For example [1] indicates as much explicitly, and [2] says Ectognatha contains Archaeognatha, Pterygota and Zygentoma - i.e. Insecta. Thanks.
