I've removed the flag of the secessionist administration from this template. WP:WSS has very strict limits for the types of images to be used on stub templates - most importantly on controversial templates. Flags of secessionist administrations are not allowed. A template referring to a geographical region is ok, but stub templates may not appear in such a way that they can be interpreted as political statements about the political future of disputed regions.
