Graf is not a tile

Graf is not a title. It is just part of the last name of a person as titles of nobilities were abolished in Germany in 1919. 85.179.38.171 (talk) 08:45, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

Usage

Second: I often seen, that this templated is used in articles of Austrian persons — that's wrong, because in Austria since Adelsaufhebungsgesetz (de:Adelsaufhebungsgesetz) of 3 April 1919 nobility itself and also all nobility titles/attributes abolished. Different than in Germany noble titles in Austria were not part of the name. Elisabeth59 (talk) 05:28, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
