This is a universal template for all waterway Route Diagram Templates (RDT). It adds the following text (without the surrounding box) to an RDT:
It will also place the template in Category:Waterway routemap templates unless there is an appropriate category for that country, or the parameter |cat=no
is set which will omit any categorization.

editCountry is specified by any valid ISO 3166-1 code.
