This template uses Lua:

Module:ICD11

This template creates a direct URL to an entity in the ICD-11 Browser when given an ICD-11 MMS code. The accompanying module converts this code to a Foundation entity ID, which is needed for the link.

For example:

https://icd.who.int/browse/latest-release/mms/en#753780243

The entity ID is in bold.

When the above URL is opened, it will automatically redirect to the latest version of the ICD-11 Browser, which is currently 2024-01. The /latest-release/ bit in the URL is automatically replaced with /2024-01/.

The template can take one or two parameters:

{{ICD11|ICD-11 code}}

{{ICD11|ICD-11 code|entity ID}}

ICD-11 code = An ICD-11 MMS code
entity ID = A WHO-FIC Foundation entity ID (optional)

Usage

For the disease pneumonia, the ICD-11 MMS code is CA40. Its Foundation entity ID is 142052508.

The URL to the Pneumonia entity in the ICD-11 Browser is:

https://icd.who.int/browse/latest-release/mms/en#142052508

Using the template:
