The requirement for a lead image is that it illustrates the subject clearly and plainly, at good resolution, well lit, and in focus. The image File:Wunder_Groove_Crop.jpg seems to me to achieve this admirably: the contrast is good, the light bright, the product clearly visible, its nature well seen. The undiscussed "proposed" replacement File:Wrap Pant 1.jpg seems to be focused on the subject's elbow; the yoga pants are actually almost unseen, in a dull flat light with poor contrast, out of focus, and cropped off at the bottom of the image; most of the image is peripheral to the yoga pants, or to put it another way, the yoga pants don't seem to have been the photographer's subject of interest for the photograph. The side view is curious and uninformative. In short, we have a much better image already in place, and no reason to switch. I note that the blurry image is of a Lululemon product. If this were a Lululemon page, then that'd be a reason for finding an image from that company: but even then, we'd definitely want something better than this sorry apology for a photograph. As it happens, yoga pants are now made by many companies, and we carry no brief for anyone. Chiswick Chap (talk) 08:56, 1 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
