I feel that to lump this with other Yogas may be a disservice and disrespectful. It is the source of all the other Yogas but has been all but forgotten in this day of branched out, modernized, vaporized, quickie, commercialized versions of itself, Tofu Yogas, if you will. It is the mother of the Yogas we have today, encompassing them all. It is based on very ancient and classical teachings that date further back than Qi Gong, which also derived from Yoga, and, later, Tai Chi. There are only a few teachers left in the world today that teach it. Very few modern Yogis have even heard of it. However, it is making a return with the teachings of Ren Rasa Yogamaya, now in the Los Angeles, CA, area, among a handful of others. She is writing a book on the subject, so that it shall not be forever lost. Solange Silverman (talk) 23:10, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
