I've removed his win in the New York State Open which I believe is a mistake. This article https://gsrpdf.lib.msu.edu/?file=/1950s/1957/570201.pdf from 1957 does say "WILLIE KLEIN, golf professional for the past thirty years at the Wheatley Hills Golf Club, East Williston, N. Y. Mr. Klein was the 1938 New York State Open Champion and won the Florida Open in 1925." However I can't find any record of this 1938 win and the fact the Klein did win in 1928, which is not mentioned, convinces me (at the moment) that this was is a typo for 1928.
