Whites make up a similarly minuscule proportion of the population in Zimbabwe, but we have a well-sourced and well-written article on White Zimbabweans. If this article were merely a stub, I'd be more in favor of merging it into Demographics of Zambia but it is strong enough to stand as an article on its own. Wikipedia has numerous articles on minority ethnic groups that are a fraction of the population in their home countries/regions because they are notable.
