Suggestion on Replacing Weibo with Microblog

Dear Editor, In China's weibo/microblogging market, only Sina Corporation registered the domain name Weibo.com. Other companies,including Netease, People, Phoenix, Sohu and Tencent only registered for t.company name.com for their microblogging services. So, for the legal use of Weibo, I suggest using "Microblog" to replace "Weibo" for non-Sina companies which provide Microblog service. The editted page is as follow:

• Microblogging in China, or China-based microblogging services (微博), including: o NetEase Microblog (网易微博), launched by NetEase o People's Microblog (人民微博), launched by People's Daily o Phoenix Microblog (凤凰微博), launched by Phoenix Television o Sina Weibo (新浪微博, weibo.com), launched by SINA Corporation, the most visited Chinese weibo service, and sometime simply referred to as "Weibo". o Sohu Microblog (搜狐微博), launched by Sohu o Tencent Microblog (腾讯微博), launched by Tencent Holdings — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sandyz0616 (talk • contribs) 02:56, 27 March 2014 (UTC)

Registering a domain name does not imply sole ownership of a trademark. The New York Times treats it as a generic trademark. QVVERTYVS (hm?) 11:12, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
