CW
editSomeone please note that The CW has not officially signed WFFF as an affiliate yet. The station is omitted from the network's official affiliate list, and Google News only brings up a Montreal Gazette article about 24 finally having repeats on Fox, with the standard mention of the local affiliate, which up there is WFFF (and, of course, Google indexes everything). No TV Week or Broadcasting & Cable articles or anything saying it signed. I hope we don't have a KUVI-esque speculation incident for this article (which only makes WP:V more important). --WCQuidditch ☎ ✎ 20:10, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- In an email today from WFFF VP/GM Bill Sally, he said that WFFF will indeed be carrying The CW. Here's the contents of this email.
- Yes....we will be carrying the CW line-up. It will be airing between 10pm and 12midnight where we currently air the WB line-up. Thanks for your email and your continued viewership.
- Respectfully,
- Bill Sally, vp/gm
- Is this enough proof to finally list WFFF as a CW affiliate? Milchama 00:08, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- Actually, I'm afraid it's not because of WP:V. It's totally cool to add it now (because the station DOES show CW programming in the evenings), but we can't use personal eMails as verifiable sources. (I cleaned up the section to remove the speculation surrounding a newscast for the CW station, WP:NOT a crystal ball, I'm afraid.) Amnewsboy 10:45, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Merging with Fox44
editThe other page serves no real purpose and adds no new information, so I suggest we just get rid of it and redirect Fox44 to this page.
- No need. There are 3 other Fox 44's out there, I've replaced it with a dab page. Kirjtc2 23:53, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
