Fatal Error
editWhat exactly is fatal error referring to? An error in which the observer is killed? Or an error that destroys the identification process? Or something else? --66.6.195.62 (talk) 01:13, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
Stub class
editWhy are articles which are essentially dictionary entries being rated as stub-class. This article is perfectly adequate. It WILL NOT be improved by becoming page length. I think there is a major problem with entries which should be a simple gloss, being expanded to the point where they are old-uncle-tom-cobley-and-all, wasting the time of any reader who wants to know the meaning of a word in context. I have deleted the stub tag, because I do not think people should be encouraged to write booklength articles when there is no need. MargaretRDonald (talk) 03:19, 4 May 2018 (UTC)
- You have a point. sometimes it is that someone else unfamiliar with the topic has tagged them based on length. To be fair, I could imagine this could be expanded a little with info about amanitas and lookalikes but not essential....Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 04:30, 4 May 2018 (UTC)
