Corrected misinformation about Vera de Bosset's marriage to Igor Stravinsky. They were not married in New York, but rather Bedford, Massachusetts. Stravinsky was giving the Charles Eliot Norton Lectures at Harvard University in nearby Cambridge, Massachusetts. Yankeecook (talk) 14:06, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
Are you sure it is Revel (France) and not Revel the old-name for Talinn ?

American Ballet Dancer?
editThis addition is truly misleading. Vera de Bosset was never truly a professional ballet dancer; and it would be interesting to discover whether she ever "danced" in America, although after 1945 she was a naturalized citizen of the US. (She had previously held a French passport and was of Russian birth.) She was, of course, the second wife of Igor Stravinsky. During her years in Los Angeles, she had several exhibitions of her paintings ... though she does not seem to be a "recognized painter" in her own right. Suggest this description be removed (which I will do in a couple of days if there's no convincing support for it). Yankeecook (talk) 21:12, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
