I think the information you have found for the article is good and is reliable information. Going through I saw a lot of grammatical mistakes or poor choice of words that should be fixed. Just a side note, if you link something once in an article you generally don't link it again (in your article you link Israel and Egypt each more than once). I think there could be more information and examples under the heading "notable foreign military aid". This is a solid start! It'd be great to see more detail about the three funding programs: much funding goes through each one, and more detail and examples of the kinds of things that get funded through them. The examples in the criticism section are good for pointing to important issues, but might be better off expanded on in a "History" section that goes through major examples from a historical perspective and notes significant criticism throughout as appropriate.

Some more information about the geopolitical significance of US military aid would also be helpful. The notable aid section (which could be renamed to focus on major aid recipients), for example, could include short summaries based on Israel – United States military relations and a summary of what sort of aid the US provides to Egypt. Regarding the “Criticism” section

There’s 4 or so unsourced criticisms here, meaning most of the section information is unsourced. Some of the areas criticism which are sourced also have issues in that cited source is irrelevant to the information published here. The first one, about classified/unclassified funding beneficiaries, doesn’t make any sense. The military aid under this article’s topic is from the Department of Defense, which provides online publicly available aid amounts for prior, current, and future years by country. It is true that US intelligence agencies and State Department entities can provide classified foreign aid, but that is untraceable and thus impossible to know the purpose of the aid.

I don’t know if anybody else would like to chime in but it would benefit this page if more experienced Wikipedians did so. I personally believe the criticism section should be combined with a list of benefits and that half of the the criticism section is can be responsibly deleted. Dynen (talk) 12:29, 8 April 2021 (UTC)
