No mint mark on coins

Most US coins without mint marks are not actually error coins. The Philadelphia Mint did not produce coins with mint marks until 1980, and continues producing pennies without mint marks to this day. Because of this, most actual no-mint-mark errors would be indistinguishable from Philadelphia coins. - ZLEA _T\^C 00:05, 20 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
