The Wikipedia article on the USS Wasp (1893) mentions the involvement of the Dolphin in a landing in Cuba on 12 May 1898, "purportedly the first American troops to land on Cuban soil." This would appear to deserve a mention here. Andyvphil (talk) 17:39, 29 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
