Advertising
The advertising department produces promotional videos for clubs and organizations on and off the UConn campus with an emphasis on professional broadcast TV spots and online marketing as well as videos covering various events on campus. [1]
Entertainment
The Entertainment department produces short videos meant to entertain. Members of the entertainment department can use their creativity to create short shows, skits or other entertaining content. [2]
News
The news department develops content related to current events and local news. Members of the news department seek out stories relating to current campus events. [3]
Marketing
The marketing department promotes UCTV as a whole and does not create content. The department is focused on bringing attention to the network.
Sports
The sports department produces content related to current sports news; including both college and professional sports. The sports department films games for the major sports teams on the UConn campus (Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Soccer), and reports on the performance of other UConn sports teams.
