TN SR 278 Demolished?
editIs Tennessee Highway 278 demolished? I’m not sure that SR 278 was demolished or not because of the rerouting of US 78. 69.1.59.248 (talk) 22:59, 14 February 2024 (UTC)
New U.S. 78 Articles Need To Be Created
editThere needs to be an own article US 78 per state. So, one for Arkansas, one for Tennessee, and one for Missisippi. The rest is already there. I’m a an IP, so I can’t create these articles, hope you guys will. What you guys think? 69.1.59.248 (talk) 18:58, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
- Expand the existing article first, and then decide. The three-state rule isn't a hard-and-fast rule. See U.S. Route 8 for an example where we did not and will not create state-detail sub articles just because it hits three states. If this article gets too long, then yes, we split into sub articles and summarize them back here. Imzadi 1979 → 20:42, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
The map should show former alignments of US 78.
editWhat would be a good idea for the article is that the map can show former alignments of US 78 in pink, just like we did to U.S. Route 66. 2600:1700:6180:6290:DAB:EAC:5F5C:2EB3 (talk) 20:08, 14 February 2025 (UTC)
