As I've already said elsewhere, I disagree with the suggestion to use <ref> tags for the references. Harvard style as used here is clearly supported by WP's citation policy, which also says not to change the reference style once set. In addition, I prefer to reserve <ref> for explanatory footnotes, which I think should be kept distinct from bibliographic citations though they may possibly include Harvard-style references within them. —David Eppstein 19:38, 4 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Why is this the most regular of all graphs?

In "Twelve Geometric Essays" Coxeter calls this graph "the most regular of all graphs", but does not explain this comment in detail.
