Maintenance tag removal

I removed a long term tag that had a totally vague edit summary of "separated notes from citations, minor c/e, placed "weasel" tag at top".
If someone wants a tag placed please give some information as to why such a tag was warranted. We do not currently have (that I am aware of) a Wikipedia clairvoyant editor that is involved in deciphering and discerning how to fix a tagged article out of the blue. Without one of the two it would be impossible for future edits to address unknown issues and facilitate tag removal. Otr500 (talk) 16:40, 26 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
