Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

What are the effects of a transfer request?

edit

The info currently in the article doesn't say what changes when a transfer request is lodged.

For example, Diego Costa has been saying for a long time he wants to leave Chelsea. He's told the manager, journalists, other teams, etc. Today he filed a transfer request. What difference does that make?

(Costa is just an example. My question is about the procedure in general, so we can make this article useful. I'm not asking about Costa's situation.) Great floors (talk) 21:00, 3 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
