Now that is what I would call a good article, which proves that Wikipedia is a well-maintained source of reliable information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.252.108.67 (talk) 10:40, 23 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Tony Schiena,

A south african spy turned mercenary. He's the CEO of MOSAIC (www.mosaicsec.com), that operates in hostile environments. Tony Schiena was featured in the Vice documentary "Superpower for Hire". He's been credited for exposing ISIS use of chemical warfare against the Kurds in Iraq. http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/09/09/exclusive-photos-appear-to-show-grisly-effect-isis-mustard-gas-attacks-on-kurds.html http://mosaicsec.com/cbc-national-news-top-story/ http://mosaicsec.com/fox-news-american-newshour/ http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/02/25/hard-men-for-hire-ex-special-forces-in-demand-for-war-on-terror.html http://manslife.com/5666/spy-life-hacks/ http://www.vice.com/video/superpower-for-hire-811

So, I cut this article down some, getting rid of a lot of promotional sounding language and unsourced fluff. One of the main problems with this article is the fact that it does not use inline references, rather grouping the sources together at the end. Most of the sources when I found it were to his company's website, and all of those were dead links. I've removed all of them. I've read through one of the remaining ones, and placed it inline by the statements it supports. There are 3 left. One of them goes into some depth about him and his company, but it's long and I don't have time to deal with it at the moment. One is being blocked by my firewall, so I can't access it at the moment, and the third is a video that I can't watch at the moment. So I've been unable to evaluate them. Here they are.

  1. "Tough men for hire: Ex-special forces in demand for war on terror". Fox News. 2015-02-25. Retrieved 2016-02-09. - Long and in-depth
  2. "7 Life Hacks from a Real-Life Spy | Man's Life". Manslife.com. 2015-07-08. Retrieved 2016-02-09. - Firewall
  3. "Superpower for Hire | VICE | United States". Vice.com. Retrieved 2016-02-09. - Video

In addition, I've been able to find one more article that discusses him in some depth, which should be reviewed and information from it incorporated into the article after the existing information is either verified by the existing sources or scrapped:

  1. "Meet Tony Schiena, the world's most highly trained covert operative". The Telgraph. 2016-04-05. Retrieved 2020-01-30.

This article does need a major re-write; and I probably should have accepted the G11 given the amount of work that needs to be done with it. However I do think if someone gives it some time and attention it's salvageable. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 18:45, 30 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

And after writing the above I noticed a bunch more references stuck in the reference section instead of with the others. I haven't even tried to work with these. Most of them seem to be to his website again. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 18:49, 30 January 2020 (UTC) [1]Reply
