I like to think I know what "effective" and "ineffective" usually mean, and I don't usually mind a puzzle, but surely this chart comes from somewhere, and has an explanation? What's "ineffective" about Position, if Pre-Position is effective, and Position sometimes involves some motion of either workpiece or tools? Or if Position is like a "loaded" counterpart of Find, why is Find not in the classification?
