editWhile it is off course necessary to mention Schieder's role in Nazi Germany and there are a lot of reasons to judge him very critical, he's for sure not "best known" for a memorandum published in 1939. The source does actually not say anything close to that. Most of the claims made here are actually unsourced and I'm afraid the online versions of the sources were not just accidentally not linked.
