Format change
edit- This article describes the series after it was retooled for seasons 2-4. The premise was different in season 1, where Joey Barnes was an LA press agent's assistant, living with his mother and sister.

Accurate claim?
edit- The Reception section states that the series began in color on NBC. However, other sources (e.g., IMDb[1]) indicate that the first season (1961-1962) was in black & white. In fact, this article's summary box agrees, under Broadcast history / Picture format. Perhaps the "began in color" claim refers just to the show's revised format, which began in season 2?
- Thank you for removing this questionable claim.
This was funny?
editJust caught an rerun of an episode of this series on cable and didn't hear anything remotely funny - given it was on during the same time frame as the very entertaining Dick Van Dyke show, it is surprising it lasted as long as it did. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.50.90.64 (talk) 20:04, 13 April 2017 (UTC)
