Wasn't there a pop group in the 1990s called the Glam Metal Detectives? ACEOREVIVED (talk) 15:41, 24 May 2011 (UTC)
Well, I have now checked this website:
http://www.chartstats.com/chart.php?week=19950311
and found out that they had a hit called "Everybody up" which was Number 29 in the United Kingdom Singles Charts in March 1995. I have a feeling that they were only a one-hit wonder band, though, so, unlike more famous pop groups such as the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, The Who or The Beach Boys, I am not sure that they would be notable enough to require their own article. I certainly do not have enough information on them myself to start an article on them! ACEOREVIVED (talk) 19:48, 24 May 2011 (UTC)
Uh, the pop group and the TV series are one and the same. The show features a band eponymous with the show. The theme tune from the show (written by Trevor Horn and Lol Creme) was released as a single. There was also an album, but there's very little information about that out there, so I can't be sure it was ever released.Kodabar (talk) 09:06, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
