• What does "1st Trinity" mean in this context? All I know it as is a Sunday in May or June.

• "who had been educated at Geelong Grammar School" - I'm not sure this is exactly on topic for a boat race article, none of the other crew members' pre-Oxbridge education is mentioned

• "Drinkwater described the Oxford crew" - who is Drinkwater? (First mention in this article)

• "As the bend of the river began to favour the Surrey side of the river" - I think this needs rewording, I don't think river bends have personal opinions
