Notes at end of plot summaries - order? line breaks?

edit

Do we have an order that we want the Recurring character(s), Guest star(s), and Title reference lines to appear, and do we want there to be line breaks or no line breaks? We currently have them several different ways. (Imagine how upset Sheldon would be.) For instance,

Recurring character: Stephen Merchant as Dave Gibbs

Guest star: Yoshi Barrigas as Trent

Title reference: The effects of the song stuck in Sheldon's head which is called an ear-worm.

and

Title reference: The name given to the rabbit that almost drowns in the Wolowitz hot tub.

Recurring characters: Laura Spencer as Emily Sweeney, John Ross Bowie as Barry Kripke

Guest stars: Alessandra Torresani as Claire, Creagen Dow as Maitre D'

Pretty sure it's typically meant to be the first one. Alex|The|Whovian? 00:09, 27 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Kevin Sussman footnote

edit

I don't get it: Kevin Sussman is shown in this article (...) because he is credited as a starring actor in the opening credits, but he is not shown in the opening sequence ? Isn't it like saying "The sun is shining, but it isn't." ? --Tbbttbbt (talk) 21:50, 18 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

1) Please sign your posts. 2) No, it isn't - it's like saying his name his credited in the opening credits, but the actor/character himself isn't shown in the group at the end of the opening credits. Alex|The|Whovian? 00:55, 18 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Ok, thanks for explaining. --Tbbttbbt (talk) 21:50, 18 April 2016 (UTC) PS: There, now it's signed. Sorry for that.Reply

Citations needed for episode section title notes

edit

I initially raised the following issue in the season two article discussion; perhaps further discussion/debate should occur on that page. This section serves as more of an outlining of the problem and a notification as to where it can be discussed.

We can't note where the title comes from unless we can source a RS that explains that; to do so is OR. I will wait about two weeks, as I am guessing that most of the season articles for the series do this. After that, I will remove them completely as unsourced OR. I welcome discussion on the matter until that time. Jack Sebastian (talk) 15:13, 3 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
