Fair use rationale for Image:Bandconcert1.jpg

Image:Bandconcert1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Parade of the Award Nominees

I doubt the Parade of the Award Nominees should be mentioned as a Mickey Mouse cartoon. It was an unoffical short made for a selected few. Poster shown is a recreation, not the original

If one looks toward the bottom of our illustration, purportedly the film's poster, one can see the small handwritten name "Patrick Block."

That's because this isn't the original poster, but rather a recreation by modern-day Donald Duck comic book artist Patrick Block. See here, where it was auctioned off: http://comics.ha.com/c/item.zx?saleNo=7030&lotIdNo=11004

It looks nice but should not be pictured here as it is not original. Block began his work with Disney in the mid-1990s.

There's a color version of the poster that has a blue background. The art on this is the original, but the color was added when the art was used for a DVD supplement in 2001. (Evidently, Disney doesn't have an actual color original, but produced this from the black and white art as a stopgap measure...) It's thus imperfect, but more authentic than what we've got now.
