Article name
editThe name of the article is currently "Tecnam P 92". The article repetitively refers to the P-92. Tecnam themselves refer to the aircraft as the "P92". Renaming. Paul Beardsell 10:22, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
design weight
edit"MTO design weight 1320 lbs." No. This is the USA legal weight for SLA. The design weight is something else. But what? MTOW is 1212 lb in the UK. Paul Beardsell 10:26, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- We don't have any insight into the actual design numbers. MTOW in the UK, as reflected in datasheets distributed there, is 1212 lb. MTOW in the US, on the datasheets printed there, is 1320 lb. There are lots of variants of the P92 now and I will try to incorporate a table to compare them. 64.142.50.80 (talk) 05:11, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
series vs model
editArticle asserts P92 is a series of related models from Tecnam. This is not my impression and is not how Tecnam itself sees it, as you can tell from their own web site. The P92 is but one of a series of similar aircraft but this family is not referred to as the P92. It's as if you referred to the Cessna 152, 172, and 182 all under one model name. Incorrect. Paul Beardsell 11:09, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
You should be aware that I copy, pasted the specifications from the tecnam website. And all specifications are for the SUPER ECHO model. But otherwise you have good points on other things. I will correct them immediatly C Mercieca 05:38, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- Which web site? The US distributor's or the Italian manufacturer's? Whichever, should be provided as reference in the article. Paul Beardsell 08:07, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
