Understandable numbers

Can we maybe give the suicide rate in commonly understood numbers on the English page? I have no clue what a Lakh is, and it feels very silly needing to look that up now.

I have added suicide global map that includes India, created by another wiki contributor. However, it is missing some useful data available from WHO. Global suicide rates, totals and gender distributions are also available in other peer reviewed journal articles such as Peeter Värnik, Int. J. Environ. Res. Public Health (2012), 9, 760-771.
