Sphere of influence

Locations west of 101
editI've equivocated somewhat on the descriptions of Strawberry's boundaries. This article had said both that it is bounded by 101 and also that is bounded by Mill Valley. The thing is, there's a big block of unincorporated Marin west of 101, surrounded by Mill Valley and freeway. Are they part of the CDP? I can't find evidence either way, but the map embedded in this very article includes that area. So I've added a little bit of weasel wording and a clarification about the area west of the freeway.
