Needed for the article
editHere are some things I would like for the article:-
- Maps of the route for the infoboxes
- Photos of the route (has anyone got a picture of the tree in the middle of the road near Lake Rotoma?)
- The symbols for the Thermal Explorer Highway and the Pacific Coast Highway to go into the junction table
- km for junctions. These are indicated by small signs at the junctions, and i amo noly sure about the ones near Rotorua (and Te Kuiti, as it must be 0)

- For 136 miles, this can definitely have a longer "route" section. Try to look at some of the USRD featured articles for an example of what a good route description should look like.

- Does it contain images to illustrate the topic?
- A. Images are copyright tagged, and non-free images have fair use rationales:
- B. Images are provided where possible and appropriate, with suitable captions:
- There is not one image in the article, instead all it has is just the 2 shields for 30 and 30A. Definitely an image of the highway or a map of the road would be helpful.

This article has a long way to go before being ready for GAN. For now, I have failed this article because it does not meet most criteria. Good luck. Mitch32contribs 20:54, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
