editThis Biography of Stanisław Janikowski was created on May 3 following 2006 publication by The Society of Poles in Italy of their book about Poles in Rome in the years 1918-1989. The book demonstrates that he was one of those diplomats who "participate in issues of significant diplomatic importance without receiving specific individual coverage" according to Wikipedia:Criteria_for_Inclusion_of_Biographies#Diplomats. This publication allows the biography to meet official English Wikipedia policy on Wikipedia:Verifiability i.e. that readers are able to check that material added to Wikipedia has already been published by a reliable source.
