When was the beach wrecked?
editIt would be nice to discover the origin of the phrase How to wreck a nice beach. It is certainly older than the Apple T-shirt that was previously cited in this article. I vaguely remember seeing a reference to a paper by that title, but Google and Citeseer cannot find it. However it was probably in the 70's or earlier, and so it may lie below the Internet's light horizon. The phrase "AT&T Bell Labs" also seems to be loosely attached to that memory.
